Easter Monday Brunch

"Will you bring bloodies to Easter brunch again?"

You don't have to ask me twice. Paul and I spent our Easter Monday morning making bacon, cutting pickles, and stabbing a bunch of other garnishes onto skewers and then headed over to join the rest of our Holy Cross friends. One of our members, Gene, owns a big, beautiful old home and loves to open it up to all his friends. There was so much food, love, and laughter.
