Ste. Genevieve Vacation, Part 1

Getaway
Since we're still so new to the state of Missouri (less than 2 years at the time of writing this), Paul and I like to use our vacation time to explore it. We've seen parts of Kansas City, Springfield, Washington, Hermann, and of course lots of St. Louis. Back in December we did a quick overnight in Ste. Genevieve for our anniversary and we felt that we only got a small taste of the place and knew we wanted to go back.
I'll get to Ste. Genevieve in a later post, though. We started the trip by heading straight to Pickle Springs for a hike. If you're in the area and love jiking, it was a great one! We saw lots of neat rock formations that were very climable and some wildlife. It was a great ~2 mile hike and I want to go back soon.
